Nottingham City Council is seeking a diligent Voids Work Planner to oversee and schedule the workload of Craft Operatives and Contractors. The role supports the service area by coordinating work streams and providing administrative assistance to ensure efficient service provision.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks, handle changing priorities in a busy environment, and maintain strong relationships with operatives, managers, contractors and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Strong workload management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to schedule repairs, maintenance work and resources efficiently.

• Ability to build effective working relationships with operatives, managers, contractors and customers.
• Confident in handling enquiries, resolving issues and providing clear updates to stakeholders.
