Job summary

South Kesteven District Council seeks a Voids Planner to plan and schedule works in void properties for our in-house team and contractors, ensuring efficient diary management and minimal void times.

You will deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders and complete all administration related to managing void properties. This permanent, full-time role is 37 hours per week.

Salary: SK9 (£31,911 per annum)

Contract: Permanent

The Voids Planner will be responsible for planning and scheduling works in voids properties for our in-house team and contractors. You will plan and schedule works and ensure effective diary management for our internal teams to ensure optimum efficiency of works and to minimise voids times.

You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service to all stakeholders and carry out all administration duties associated with the effective management of void properties.
