Job summary

Moxie People is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor for Voids to lead the delivery of empty homes across Bracknell, Ascot, Windsor and Slough. You will own the portfolio, lead your own trades team and drive safe, high-quality outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of trade operatives delivering void works across your area.
• Survey empty properties, scope repairs and allocate work efficiently.
• Monitor productivity, quality and turnaround times to ensure homes are ready for re-let.
• Carry out inspections and ensure completed works meet required standards.

£48,000 plus £7,700 in Holiday pay

Ready to step away from the same day-to-day firefighting and into a role where you can genuinely make a difference?

We're looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor, Voids Supervisor or Trade Manager to lead the delivery of empty homes across a busy patch covering Bracknell, Ascot, Windsor and Slough.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of properties, lead your own team of trades, and play a key role in getting much-needed homes ready for new residents.

You'll be joining a well-established team responsible for transforming empty properties into safe, high-quality homes. From the initial inspection through to final sign-off, you'll oversee the entire process, ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard. The role involves managing directly employed operatives and specialist contractors while driving performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
