Moxie People is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor for Voids to lead the delivery of empty homes across Bracknell, Ascot, Windsor and Slough. You will own the portfolio, lead your own trades team and drive safe, high-quality outcomes for residents.

Join a busy team responsible for transforming empty properties into ready-to-let homes—from inspection to sign-off—while managing directly employed operatives and specialist contractors to deliver value for money and high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operatives or contractors within social housing, repairs, maintenance, voids or construction environments.
• Able to motivate and develop teams while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of trade operatives delivering void works across your area.
• Survey empty properties, scope repairs and allocate work efficiently.
• Monitor productivity, quality and turnaround times to ensure homes are ready for re-let.
• Carry out inspections and ensure completed works meet required standards.
• Manage specialist contractors, ensuring performance, compliance and value for money.
• Support and develop your team through coaching, guidance and regular engagement.
• Drive a strong health and safety culture.
