Job summary

HQN Ltd. is seeking a proactive Voids Officer to own the journey from a property becoming vacant to a new tenant moving in.

You will coordinate with internal teams and contractors to minimise turnaround times, enhance customer experience and ensure homes are ready to let swiftly and efficiently. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders, prioritise tasks and maintain high service standards, contributing to the performance of our housing service.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across property services or similar.
• Proactive and well organised with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communicator with strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end voids process from vacancy to re-letting.
• Work with internal teams and contractors to minimise empty property turnaround times.
• Ensure homes are ready to let quickly and efficiently with quality outcomes.
• Build strong relationships and drive improvements across the voids function.

Working closely with internal teams and contractors, you will help minimise empty property turnaround times, improve customer experience and ensure homes are ready to let as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You will be a confident communicator with experience of coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality customer service. You’ll be able to build strong working relationships, drive performance improvements and use your initiative to resolve issues and keep projects moving.

The intention is for the postholder to work predominately from home however, it is a requirement to attend our offices or sites within Warwick District as required. Any costs for travel from home to the office will be met by the successful candidate. However, office and hybrid working are also available.
