DataCareers is seeking an experienced Voice SME / Voice & Network Engineer to join our small, highly skilled technical team in the United Kingdom. You will support, maintain and troubleshoot voice and networking infrastructure, building on your Voice foundation while expanding into wider networking technologies.

Qualifications

Strong background in Voice technologies and SIP.
Experience with Cisco CUCM and Cisco UCCE.
Willingness to broaden networking skills across LAN/WAN, security and wireless.
Capable of working in a small collaborative team and learning-on-the-job.

Responsibilities

Configure, install, maintain and reconfigure voice and network hardware and software.
Troubleshoot Cisco CUCM, Cisco UCCE, SIP and Microsoft Teams environments.
Investigate and resolve voice and network incidents within SLA.
Monitor network performance and connectivity; use monitoring tools.
Carry out LAN/WAN planning, upgrades and maintenance.
Work with internal teams and third parties to resolve issues.
