Job summary

Data Careers Ltd is seeking an experienced Voice & Network Engineer to join a small, highly skilled technical team within a public sector organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Gloucester. The role focuses on Voice technologies such as Cisco CUCM, Cisco UCCE, SIP and Microsoft Teams while expanding exposure to LAN/WAN, monitoring, wireless and security.

You will own and resolve issues, collaborating with experienced colleagues and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Strong Voice/Unified Communications background with broader networking experience.
• Experience with Cisco CUCM, Cisco UCCE, SIP and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot the organisation's Voice and network infrastructure.
• Configure, install, maintain and reconfigure Voice and network hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot Cisco CUCM/UCCE, SIP and Teams environments and resolve incidents to SLA.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call rota as required.
