Job summary

Qualifications

• Assessor qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience delivering Level 2 qualifications is advantageous.
• Strong communication and learner support skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality vocational competency-based curriculum up to Level 2.
• Maintain accurate learner records in line with policies and GDPR.
• Manage a full caseload of learners and coordinate with prison staff.
• Monitor attendance and progress; complete portfolios for IQA within 5 days of learner completion.
