Tina Lacey Recruitment Ltd in South Wales seeks an ILM Management Trainer Coach to start asap. This full-time permanent role includes travel to learners and remote/home working, with a Friday 1pm finish and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years recent management experience within business sector.
• Experience delivering Management Apprenticeship Standards post-2017 reforms.
• Proven CPD record and occupational management competence.
• Experience in finance, project management, and customer service areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of learners in South Wales (M4 Corridor).
• Support the learner journey: enrolment, induction, initial assessment.
• Provide business teaching, learning and assessment, coaching and mentoring.
• Deliver Functional Skills English and maths.
• Support wider curriculum and ensure auditable paperwork completion.
