Job summary

Tina Lacey Recruitment Ltd is seeking an ILM) Management Trainer Coach to start in August, based in South Wales along the M4 Corridor. This is a full-time permanent role with travel to learners and remote working from home.

The position offers £28k-£35k plus benefits including 1pm finish on Fridays, 30 days holiday (inc Christmas shutdown and birthday), and additional wellbeing and pension perks. You will support the learner journey across the apprenticeship framework and related standards.

Qualifications

• Level 5 management qualification required or equivalent.
• Assessor qualification desirable.
• Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths or willingness to attain during probation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of learners across South Wales (M4 Corridor).
• Deliver management apprenticeships and related standards.
• Coach and mentor learners and deliver Functional Skills English & Maths.
