Iron Mountain operates a secure, efficient records and information management facility in the UK. This role focuses on the specialised operation of VNA trucks to manage client records and assets within a secure warehouse environment across the UK and Ireland.

You will load, unload, and retrieve documents and pallets, use data loggers to track barcodes, and adhere to safety policies while supporting general warehousing tasks. A proactive, reliable approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Electric VNA license or certification required.
• Experience as VNA driver, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and data logger usage.
• Reliable, independent worker with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate VNA trucks to move and store client records and assets.
• Load, unload, and retrieve documents and pallets per requests and security rules.
• Use data loggers to scan and assign barcodes accurately.
• Follow safety regulations and report malfunctions.
• Support general warehouse tasks and KPI achievement.
