Iron Mountain is hiring a Records Specialist and Van Driver to join our Whitehaven site. You will split time between Records Service Centre duties and operating a transit van for collections and deliveries across multiple sites.

• Role spans Records Service Centre duties and van driving.
• Clean driving licence and professional conduct required.

Responsabilités

• Booking in of records.
• Indexing records into Cimage.
• Scanning of records using Ancora scanning software.
• Complete quality checking of records.
• Attaching records to Cimage and Icepac systems.
• Check and run reports in preparation for archiving.
• Retrieval of archive boxes on customer requests.
• Carrying out customer search requests.
• Transit van driving between sites.
