• Deliver great product placement and create inspiring outfits.
• Maintain strong visual standards with the customer journey at the heart of decisions.
• Duty manage across all store operations including service and people.
• Empower the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Use commercial tools and insights to identify actions that improve performance.
• Support the Store Leader to deliver KPIs: sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, people.
