Job summary

River Island in the United Kingdom seeks a Product Manager to lead store teams, enhance the customer journey, and deliver exceptional visual execution. You will be responsible for product handling, driving sales, and maintaining high operational standards while empowering staff to achieve KPIs.

You will partner with Store Leaders to develop teams, optimise layouts, and ensure excellent customer service across the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and 'wow' outfits.
• Maintain strong visual standards across the customer journey.
• Duty manage store operations including service, people and operations.
• Empower store team to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Utilise commercial tools to drive actions and store performance.
• Support Store Leader to meet store KPIs (sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, VoC, RFID).
• Assist with health & safety compliance and store operations.
• Develop the store team to be high performing and engaged.
