Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Visual Brand Lead to champion our store’s brand expression and customer experience. You will work with the Store Leader to ensure the store reflects the brand, style, and values in every display and interaction.

You will lead a team to deliver outstanding visuals and service, opening/closing duties, and cash handling, while continuously developing product knowledge and driving store growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and store operations.
• Ability to create strong visual displays in fashion retail.
• Proven leadership and team motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in style choices and product packages to deliver the best brand expression.
• Lead and develop the team to hit store targets and deliver retail standards.
• Coordinate store appearance, visuals, and service excellence to maximise growth.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding values and delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Open and close the store, handle cash, and maintain daily store operations.
