Job summary

The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) is seeking a Visitor Services Team Leader for RHS Garden Bridgewater in Salford to lead and develop the team delivering outstanding customer service. You will welcome visitors, manage flow, and drive key targets including memberships, gift aid and shop sales, while contributing to recruitment and training.

The role combines hands-on leadership with team development and daily sales reporting to the Visitor Services Manager.

We are looking for an exceptional person able to work at both a Team Leader and 'hands on' level, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible and proactive approach and the resilience and motivation to seek continual improvement of the Visitor Services Team.
