With visitor numbers of over 400,000 a year, RHS Garden Hyde Hall provides an unforgettable experience for a day out. To help our planned growth in visitor numbers we are looking to recruit a Casual Visitor Services Assistant to join our dedicated Front of House team.

Overview of the Role:

An exciting position of two Visitor Service Casual Assistants has arisen at RHS Garden Hyde Hall.

Working with our dedicated front of House team, you will provide first class customer service and support to all visitors and proactively promote and sell membership.

You will promote communication and a can do attitude within your team ensuring all visitors want to return to Hyde Hall.

The Visitor Services Casual Assistant post involves meeting and greeting each visitor to RHS Garden Hyde Hall with a targeted welcome including information on joining the RHS to all non-members. Candidates will be able to confidently, and professionally speak with all members of the public, giving varied and detailed information clearly. You will naturally be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and have a flexible approach to work.

For this highly customer-based role we are looking for a very enthusiastic person who can work well in noisy and crowded areas for extended periods. You will work on a casual basis assisting us mainly at weekends, Bank Holidays, Evening Events and some weekdays. We do ask for a regular monthly commitment.
