Job summary

Factory International seeks a Visitor Team Supervisor to lead the visitor-facing team at Aviva Studios, ensuring an outstanding and inclusive visitor experience. You will brief and manage hosts and volunteers, support shifts, and escalate issues to the Venue Duty Manager while maintaining safety and following venue procedures including evacuations.

Essential duties include leading event delivery, coordinating staff and volunteers across productions, and ensuring guest safety.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in a live events venue with some staff/volunteers responsibility.
• Willingness to work across different productions and programmes.
• Able to work anti-social hours, weekends, holidays.
• Commitment to representation and inclusion across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Visitor Team during events and activities.
• Brief and manage hosts and volunteers; assist with shifts.
• Support safety, incident response and emergency procedures.
• Supervise visitor-facing functions (retail, reception, cloakroom, ticket scanning).
• Log, investigate and escalate customer feedback as needed.
• Collaborate with Duty Management and other teams to foster a positive culture.
