As Visitor Experience Supervisor (Catering), you will supervise the practical delivery of catering and hospitality activity within our venues. You will support visitors, volunteers,customersand colleagues to have enjoyable hospitality experiences whilemaintaininghigh standardsof food service, customer care,presentationand compliance.
You will organise day-to-day catering operations, supervise Visitor Experience Assistants, support rotas, food preparation, stock control, waste management, tills and cashing up, café presentation, health and safety, food hygiene, licensingrequirementsand hospitality activity. You will also help achieve income targets and support venue hire and wider front of house activity.
We are looking for someone with catering experience, strong customer serviceskillsand the confidence to support and guide others. You will need to be organised, practical and calm under pressure, with a clear commitment to food safety,inclusionand excellent visitor experience.
We have 1 post available averaging 19.625 hrs across a 2 week rota. Working pattern hours are
Week 1 Thursday-Saturday 09:15-16:30 and Sunday 10:30-16:00
Week 2 Thursday-Friday 09:15-16:30

Salary: The salary band for this role is£29,742 - £32,046 per annum (pro rata). The starting salary is £29,742 (pro rata) with annual progression through the salary bands.
