You will oversee retail, ticketing and catering operations, coordinate events, and drive improvements in resource use while maintaining high standards of customer care on site.

Qualifikationen

• Strong people-management experience, ideally gained within tourism, heritage or another customer-focused environment.
• Good understanding of retail and catering operations, with experience of EPOS systems.
• Commitment to health, safety and site security, with risk management awareness.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team, and manage rotas and resources.
