Job summary

Titanic Belfast is seeking a Visitor Experience Crew member with Guiding to welcome visitors and deliver engaging tours. You will provide first-person narratives and workshops for education groups, ensuring a memorable experience and adherence to all policies.

As part of our heritage-driven team, you will contribute to a high standard of guest service and storytelling, helping visitors connect with Titanic's story and its unique attractions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or visitor-facing roles preferred.
• Comfort delivering tours and engaging storytelling.
• Public speaking or presenting skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Interact with visitors throughout Titanic Belfast and SS Nomadic Visitor Experience.
• Provide guided tours, deliver first-person narratives, and facilitate workshops for Education groups.
• Support the visitor journey by delivering excellent service and adhering to policies.

Job description

We want every one of our visitors to enjoy an unforgettable experience when they walk through the doors of Titanic Belfast. As a member of our Visitor Experience Crew, you will have responsibility for interacting with visitors throughout the Titanic Belfast and SS Nomadic Visitor Experience, including implementing policies and procedures relating to all aspects of the experience, and always providing an excellent service to guests.

This role of Visitor Experience Crew with Guiding will welcome our quests and support their journey through the Titanic Experience as well as providing guided tours to visitors, deliver first person narratives, and will facilitate workshops and tours for Education groups.
