Job summary

Grange Property Management is seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to look after properties in Ashford. You’ll work independently, prioritise tasks and provide excellent resident support.

The role includes managing communal areas, repairs, and contractor oversight, with lone working supported by regional and head office teams. You’ll engage with residents aged around 60+, maintain IT tasks in Outlook/Word, and travel across the region as needed.
