Home Group Limited in Guildford is seeking a Scheme Manager to oversee our leasehold retirement community, ensuring buildings are safe and residents are supported to live independently.

You will manage scheme operations, liaise with residents, respond to calls, supervise contractors for repairs, and help signpost services to enhance residents’ welfare, in a warm, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing retirement schemes.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessments.

Responsabilités

• Managing the scheme on behalf of residents, ensuring buildings are safe, secure and meet safety standards.
• Providing visibility on the scheme, engaging with customers, responding to calls and providing a warm, safe and welcoming environment.
• Ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and welcoming. Residents like to socialise in communal spaces.
• Working with partner contractors for repairs and maintenance in communal living areas; may help sourcing local suppliers.
• Signposting customers to relevant services to support welfare.
