Job summary

You’ll handle repairs, cleaning, gardening and contractor coordination, while ensuring safety and compliance. Travel across the region may be required; eligibility to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of building maintenance and contractor oversight.
• Competent with IT applications such as Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage general building operations, repairs and maintenance of communal areas.
• Oversee annual contracts for contractors and supervise cleansing, gardening and window cleaning.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, contractors and clients.
• Act as first point of contact for resident complaints and leasehold enquiries.
• Utilise IT tools (Outlook, Word) to document and communicate effectively.
