Grange Property Management is seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to oversee Stonegate Place in Ashford. You will prioritise your workload, support residents’ well-being and independence, and work with a Regional Manager and Head Office team.

You will manage repairs and maintenance of communal areas, supervise contractors under annual contracts, and handle communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning. You’ll be the first contact for resident concerns and leasehold enquiries, offering empathy

Job description

Are you customer focused, confident and logical with excellent communication skills? Grange Property Management are looking for a Visiting Scheme Manager to look after our properties at Stonegate Place in Ashford. With a 'can do' attitude you'll prioritise and manage your own workload independently. This is a varied and customer facing role supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence. Lone working you'll have support from your Regional Manager and Head Office Team along with a Training and Support Assistant. Organised and able to work on multiple tasks, you'll have a good understanding of building maintenance as you'll be responsible for the general management of the building including organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas as well as to the structure of the property. You'll also oversee contractors who are on annual contracts and carry out the communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning. You'll be an excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with people from all backgrounds, able to develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors and clients. As the first point of contact for any resident complaints, leasehold enquires or property alterations you'll be able to advise and empathise with the resident age group which is typically 60 plus. A good standard of IT knowledge and understanding is an important factor within the Scheme Managers role, as you will be required to use applications such as Outlook and Word., Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
