Job summary

Clarion Housing Group seeks a Visiting Scheme Manager for Stonegate Place in Ashford. You will support residents aged 60+ with well-being and independence, organising repairs and coordinating contractors, cleaning, gardening and maintenance of communal areas.

You will work 12 hours per week on a permanent contract, travel across the region as required and act as the first point of contact for resident inquiries. A good IT knowledge, including Outlook and Word, is essential.

• Willingness to travel across the region as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the building, including organisation of repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the structure of the property.
• Oversee contractors on annual contracts and coordinate communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning.
• Serve as the first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold inquiries and property alterations, and advise residents accordingly.
• Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors and clients.
