Responsibilities

• Maintain a high profile around the development/office and check residents are within requirements.
• Carry out daily checks to ensure building safety and security; maintain records and data securely.
• Manage works: raising orders, coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, signing off completion.
• Encourage Residents Association; collaborate to enhance resident experience and social events.
• Build links with residents’ families and local authorities as appropriate.
• Assist with sales via partner Retirement Homesearch and welcome new residents.
• Travel to team/company meetings monthly/annually and seek day-to-day support from peers.
