FirstPort Limited is seeking a Visiting Development Manager (Ref 26810) for a 30‑hour week (Mon‑Fri 9am–3pm) at £20,982 per annum plus benefits. The role focuses on resident engagement, safety, and partnership activities across England, Wales and Scotland.

You will maintain a high profile with residents, oversee safety checks, manage contractors and support community initiatives to enhance the resident experience.

Competenze

• Customer service passion with face‑to‑face experience.
• Strong communication to resolve issues and complaints.
• Understanding of health & safety and emergency situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.
• Organised, methodical with accurate records.
• Outgoing, proactive, team oriented and innovative.

Mansioni

• Maintain a high profile around the development and office and check residents.
• Carry out daily safety checks and maintain records; protect data; keep areas clean.
• Manage works: raise orders, coordinate contractors, monitor progress, sign off.
• Support Residents Association and social events to improve resident experience.
• Build links with residents, families, local authorities as required.
• In emergencies, call the appropriate response team.
• Assist with Sales with Retirement Homesearch and welcome new residents.
• Travel to team/company meetings monthly/annually.
