Job summary

ZEISS Vision Care UK&I is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the business through its next phase of growth, transformation and market development. You will define and execute the UK&I strategy, own revenue and profitability, and build a high‑performing, customer‑focused organisation aligned with ZEISS’s global priorities.

You will lead the UK&I Leadership Team, oversee commercial activity, operations, logistics and governance, and foster a culture of inclusion, learning and engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with commercial and operational responsibility.
• Proven P&L ownership and revenue growth.
• Experience managing complex, matrix organisations.
• Strategic thinker who translates strategy into action.
• Experience in vision care or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UK&I business strategy with revenue and profitability accountability.
• Lead transformation, modernization and digital enablement across the business.
• Provide executive oversight across commercial, labs, customer service, supply chain, quality and governance.
• Build a high-performing Leadership Team and culture of inclusion and engagement.
• Represent ZEISS externally with customers, partners and stakeholders.
