Carl Zeiss Vision UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Program and Strategy Manager, Consumer Eyecare, to govern complex programs and drive strategic business development across regions.

The role requires delivering multi-country launches with measurable outcomes and strong executive-level reporting. You will oversee cross‑functional teams, manage external partners, and lead quarterly OKR planning while aligning with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of combined experience in program/project management, strategy, management consulting, or business development in Healthcare/MedTech or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated timeline and critical path; ensure consistency and quality of workstream plans.
• Run program governance end-to-end with SteerCos, cadences, reviews, and action tracking.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across regions; resolve blockers and accelerate decisions.
• Institutionalize RAID management and mitigation tracking; ensure risks are surfaced and closed.
• Lead stage-gate readiness; coordinate cross-functional inputs for timely delivery and decisions.
• Manage external partners and timelines with Procurement; track delivery, cost, and timing.
