Job summary

ZEISS Vision Care UK, based in Birmingham, is seeking an Account Manager – Lens Care, UK Grocery Channel to scale our lens care business across the UK grocery channel. The role involves managing 11 major grocery accounts and driving distribution in up to 55 additional retailers, with regular travel to customers and ZEISS stakeholders.

You will collaborate with local marketing, finance and supply chain teams to build compelling proposals, model financials, and ensure activation plans go live on

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing business with UK grocery retailers (minimum two).
• Strong presentation skills and ability to model commercial scenarios in spreadsheets.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customers and ZEISS offices.

Responsibilities

• Significantly grow business with 11 major UK grocery accounts by understanding ambitions and building customer-centric proposals with compelling financials and consumer insight.
• Model financial growth and investment plans to achieve revenue and profit targets attractive to retailers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams across local marketing, finance, supply chain and global lens care to ensure activation plans go live on time and in full.
• Maintain and develop a strong network of contacts within existing and target grocery accounts to build insight and influence growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop contact strategies and campaigns that secure meetings with key retailer contacts while informing internal stakeholders.
• Evolve the current new business proposition to maximise distribution wins and support ZEISS's 2030 growth ambition in Lens Care.
