Job summary

ZEISS Vision Care UK&I in Birmingham is seeking a Data and Technology Manager to lead the UK&I Data & Technology portfolio across workplace, infrastructure, applications and data. You will shape the technology strategy, roadmap and service delivery agenda, ensuring our technology landscape is secure, resilient, cost-effective and aligned to business priorities.

• Experience leading IT service delivery and teams in a complex business.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Solid ITIL-aligned service management knowledge (demand, incident, problem).
• Experience with enterprise apps, data platforms and architecture.
