Optical Express in Manchester One clinic is seeking a Patient Advisor to deliver an outstanding patient journey across laser eye surgery services. You will support clinicians and manage bookings, payments and aftercare with a premium service mindset.

Ideal candidates have patient-facing experience, excellent communication, attention to detail, and comfort with digital/diagnostic tech. Weekend availability and full-time 40 hours are required.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a patient-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient with digital and diagnostic technology.
• Experience within healthcare or high-end retail would be preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support patients through all steps of the patient pathway, building rapport and confidence.
• Deliver warm, professional patient welcomes and manage first impressions.
• Capture high-quality diagnostic scans and explain features/benefits of our technology.
• Support consultations for optometrists or surgeons, in-clinic or virtual.
• Close consultations and schedule surgery and aftercare.
• Manage payment, finance and administrative bookings.
• Meet and exceed individual commercial KPIs.
