Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Immigration Coordinator to support the mobilisation of Field Service Engineers from Lincoln. You will coordinate visa applications, ensure compliance, and liaise with international stakeholders to enable timely travel to projects.

Ideal candidates will have experience in visa processing, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. This is a 6-month contract role with hourly pay starting from £17.50.

• Experience in visa processing, immigration, or global mobility.
• Familiar with international travel coordination and mobilisation.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visa applications and supporting documentation for engineers.
• Monitor visa validity and compliance to maintain coverage for work.
• Collaborate with planners, project managers, engineers and embassies.
• Track progress and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide updates on visa requirements, processes and timelines.
• Support continuous improvement of visa and mobilisation processes.
