Job summary

Bompas & Parr Studio Ltd. is seeking a highly creative Content Creator (Video & Social Media) to originate standout ideas and bring them to life across Instagram, TikTok and other channels.

The role involves concepting, filming, editing, copywriting and publishing, with a steady output across the studio’s projects and editorial activities. You will translate social strategy into distinctive formats, work with senior colleagues, and help grow audience reach, engagement and cultural relevance

Qualifications

• :Outstanding portfolio of social content personally conceived, filmed or photographed and edited.
• :Demonstrable track record of creating high-performing organic content for brands or channels with strong reach/engagement.
• :Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Reels, including platform-native hooks, formats, pacing and audience behaviour.

Responsibilities

• :Proactively originate and pitch social-first ideas inspired by the studio’s projects and culture.
• :Take ideas from concept to publication including planning, making, styling, filming, editing and publishing.
• :Create original short-form video, photography, graphics and written content for Instagram and TikTok and adapt for YouTube/LinkedIn.
• :Independently capture project development, behind-the-scenes activity, events and launches with good lighting and sound.
• :Develop hooks, formats, pacing and narratives to maximise watch time, shares and conversation.
• :Translate complex ideas into accessible stories while maintaining the studio voice.
