Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and visual stories aligned with communication objectives.
- Plan, shoot and edit content across multiple formats and styles.
- Build narratives with hooks, pacing and storytelling techniques.
- Operate cameras, lighting and audio across environments.
- Edit in Premiere Pro; explore motion graphics in After Effects.
- Apply color grading, sound design and VFX for polished output.
- Ensure output meets Bain's quality standards and accessibility.
