Job summary

Oh Polly in Glasgow is seeking a passionate videographer to create engaging social content across Instagram, TikTok and more. You will edit high-quality video content, understand the Oh Polly customer, and bring creative ideas that perform.

You will source material, schedule posts, analyse results and collaborate with the team to keep content fresh and on-brand. Ambition and the ability to juggle projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with video editing to produce high-quality social content.
• Understanding of target market and how to speak to the Oh Polly customer.
• Creative flair with ability to conceptualise and implement engaging content across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging video ideas for all Oh Polly platforms.
• Edit video content to a high standard.
• Source product and non-product content for social displays.
• Schedule posts, analyse results and plan future content.
• Assist in ideas and execution for TikTok, Instagram Stories and promos.
• Monitor competitor activity and social trends.
• Write snappy copy to accompany posts.
• Engage with followers professionally across platforms.
• Bring new ideas regularly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrate business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
