SURI in London is seeking a creative Content Creator to develop engaging video content tailored for paid social campaigns. You’ll film, edit, and optimise assets from a home studio and a mini studio at SURI HQ.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in video creation for social media.
- Understanding of current digital design aesthetics and viral trends.
- Ability to manage studio setups, lighting, audio, and camera operation.
- Strong creativity, speed, adaptability, and organization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, film, and edit video content for paid campaigns.
- Stay current with TikTok/Instagram trends and feed insights back to strategy.
- Produce multiple hooks and iterations to maximise engagement.
- Set up a home studio and, if needed, a mini studio at HQ.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align with brand messaging.
- Analyse content performance to inform future creative decisions.
