Job summary

Virgin Experience Days Ltd is seeking a Social Content Creator to be the creative energy behind our UK social content; you’ll be on-camera, ideating and executing brand moments that feel native to each platform. You’ll shoot, edit and publish across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, turning trends into authentic content while aligning with the Marketing and Commercial teams.

The role is permanent, full-time with hybrid working: two in-office days (Tuesdays) at Bourne End, with one additional day

Qualifications

Existing experience producing content as a creator.
Understanding of what works on different social platforms.
High-energy on-camera presence and ability to bring others out of their shell.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & On-Camera: be the genuine voice of the brand on UK social channels.
Own ideation and creation of social-first content aligned with commercial priorities.
Produce, shoot and edit content across reels, shorts, brand campaigns and more.
Direct shoots and guide talent, ensuring content meets platform-native standards.
Track content performance and iterate to improve KPIs.
