Job summary

Growth Scalers seeks a Junior Video Content Creator in England to capture authentic, on-brand video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, Shopify and more. You will record at home or in a home studio, with our team handling post-production.

Collaborate with Marketing, Brand Management and Graphic Design to drive brand awareness and client goals, focusing on short-form, authentic videos for social platforms.

Qualifications

• Comfortable recording engaging, high-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Experience creating short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Experience producing UGC and/or eCommerce product videos, including demonstrations and lifestyle content.
• Confident appearing on camera and demonstrating products naturally.
• Ability to guide others during filming to create authentic performances.
• Strong eye for framing, lighting, and audio quality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Own a home recording setup with lighting and audio equipment.

Responsibilities

• Record yourself on camera demonstrating products engagingly and authentically.
• Record high-quality video content from home following the provided brief and script.
• Coordinate with Brand Managers and Graphic Design Team to understand campaign objectives.
• Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and UGC trends to create engaging content.
• Organize and upload raw footage with clear file naming and project guidelines.
