Job summary

Bompas & Parr is seeking a highly creative Content Creator (Video & Social) to originate standout ideas and bring them to life across platforms. You will film, edit and publish content that resonates, educates and entertains, from food moments to installations and behind-the-scenes stories.

You’ll develop recurring formats and campaigns, working with senior creatives to translate strategy into daily content.

Qualifications

• Strong independent filmmaking and photography skills using phones and cameras with lighting/sound
• Outstanding portfolio of social content personally conceived and edited
• Track record of high-performing organic content for brands/organisations
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Reels, including hooks and formats
• Fast editing and able to turn around polished content quickly
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shoots/deadlines

Responsibilities

• Origin and pitch social-first ideas inspired by Bompas & Parr’s projects and areas of expertise
• Take ideas from concept to publication: planning, styling, filming, editing and publishing
• Create original short-form video, photography, graphics and written content for Instagram and TikTok
• Style food, props and visually arresting moments for camera
• Independently capture project development, behind‑the‑scenes activity and events
• Develop hooks, formats, pacing and narratives to maximize watch time and shares
• Translate complex ideas into accessible stories while keeping a distinctive studio voice
• Repurpose assets where useful while prioritising original content
• Maintain a regular content cadence with daily publishing on key platforms
