Job summary

Bupa Cromwell Hospital in London is seeking a Patient Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis. The role involves coordinating patient registration, billing and reception duties to deliver a high-quality patient experience.

You will interact with patients, consultants and staff, ensuring smooth clinic operations and accurate records. The position offers a 37.5-hour week with shifts 8am–8pm Monday to Friday and every 4th Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environments such as hotels, luxury retail, private hospitals, or other client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, assertive and professional in all interactions.
• Outstanding organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise, meet deadlines and use initiative.
• Flexible with hours and able to adapt to varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a link between Hospital, Patients, Consultants and other users.
• Coordinate patient registration and outpatient accounts; process payments.
• Interact with patients, consultants, staff and visitors to create a VIP experience.
• Follow departmental policies and assist with reception duties.
• Assist with medical records, letters of guarantee and liaise with insurers/embassies as required.
• Respond to enquiries about hospital facilities and redirect to correct departments.
