Job summary

LA International in Southampton is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to manage fault calls, service requests and planned changes at a global account's head office. You will provide deskside support, OS configuration, AD administration and hardware repair, building strong relationships with end users including VIPs and senior management.

You must communicate at all levels, stay organised, and maintain detailed documentation while taking ownership of complex cases and delivering end-to-end
