Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup in Chiswick is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer for a six-month contract at the R&D head office. You will deliver hands-on on-site IT support, manage fault calls, and provide VIP-level assistance to executives.

Responsibilities include PC/Laptop builds, AD administration, OS configuration, and documenting work. You will maintain accurate records and deliver deskside support across site coverage hours; collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep systems running

Qualifications

• Strong communication with all levels and client-facing professionalism
• Excellent organisational and admin skills with attention to detail
• Solid deskside support capability
• Experience with service/support tooling like S-NOW
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows 11
• Asset management experience with process-driven approach
• Able to produce clear documentation daily
• Willingness to learn AV support (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Manage fault calls, service requests and planned changes within the IT support environment
• Provide "Smart Hands" support across on-site infrastructure needs
• Support and help operate the BAT "TechDeck", including: PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration and setting up devices, Active Directory administration, Some hardware repair
• Tackle complex cases end-to-end, taking ownership from start to finish
• Build strong working relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support teams
• Complete documentation and maintain accurate records
• Work closely to deliver deskside support across the site coverage window
