McLaren Automotive is seeking an IT Site Support Engineer to deliver an exceptional digital workplace experience across its sites. You will provide VIP IT support, handle 1st and 2nd line resolutions, and ensure high-quality service delivery for executives and staff.

Responsibilities include onboarding VIPs, coordinating updates, and working with external IT partners. You will also maintain AV systems, test room setups, and contribute to continual service improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure.
• Experience with macOS, iOS, mobile devices and basic networking for support levels.
• AV systems support experience (Cisco, Logitech, Poly).
• Printer support experience (Toshiba, Canon, Papercut).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills for service data and trends.

Responsabilités

• Own VIP incidents and requests 1st and 2nd line support.
• Expedite time-critical resolutions and communicate updates clearly.
• Provide face-to-face and remote VIP support, including onboarding.
• Manage expectations and ensure SLA-aligned delivery.
• Collaborate with IT partners to reduce repeat incidents and improve end-user experience.
• Update tickets and report progress via Ava system.
• Visit other local sites to support IT needs and maintain AV spaces.
