Job summary

McLaren Automotive Limited is seeking an IT Site Support Engineer to deliver exceptional digital workplace experiences across McLaren sites in the UK. The role focuses on VIP IT support, AV/meeting room maintenance, and collaboration with external IT partners to ensure high service levels.

You will own the resolution of VIP incidents, provide on-site and remote assistance, and help drive improvements in end-user experience and security.

Qualifications

• VIP customer support experience.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, AD and Azure.
• Familiarity with AV systems and room setup is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day VIP incident and request resolution across IT support.
• Provide face-to-face and remote support to VIPs, including onboarding.
• Coordinate updates and ensure service goals and SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with IT partners and vendors to resolve escalations.
• Maintain accurate ticket data and reporting via Ava or equivalent.
