Job summary

JLL is seeking a proactive front-of-house host for its London site, delivering a high-end welcome to visitors across multiple reception areas. The role requires standing, guiding guests between meeting rooms and maintaining impeccable guest spaces throughout the day.

You will coordinate with executives, hosts and clients to ensure a seamless experience, while delivering local area knowledge and concierge-level service with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven front of house experience in hospitality or corporate reception
• 5-star customer service background with track record of exceeding guest expectations
• Concierge experience with ability to anticipate needs and assist diverse visitors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with VIPs and clients

Responsibilities

• Ensure visitors receive warm, courteous, prompt welcome
• Host the main reception area and energise the space for meetings
• Provide information service and act as liaison between clients and hosts
• Coordinate with PA/EA teams, clients and visitors to deliver excellent service
• Support the visitor journey and ensure spaces are immaculate and well-maintained
• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone or email in a timely manner
• Develop business operation knowledge to exceed service delivery
• Use empowerment to resolve issues and enhance the visitor experience
• Contribute to service excellence and strive for 'wow' moments
