Job summary

Chessington World of Adventures Resort, the UK's wildest adventure theme park, is seeking an Events and Experiences Host to sell and deliver premium guest experiences, including birthdays, VIP visits, and corporate events.

You will drive guest satisfaction through high-impact hospitality, maintain professional discretion with VIP guests, and promote experiences while meeting revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role desirable.
• Over 18 years old
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Hosting engaging VIP experiences and events.
• Guiding guests around the Resort within VIP and package offerings.
• Delivering excellent guest service and driving guest satisfaction.
• Promoting, selling and upselling experiences and products across the Resort.
• Handling cashier duties and processing transactions accurately.
