Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Travel Consultant or equivalent role.
• Experience supporting VIP, executive, or high-touch corporate customers.
• Knowledge of ticketing rules, exchanges, refunds, and IRROPs.

Responsibilities

• Own escalations with urgency and professionalism.
• Manage complex domestic and international itineraries.
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction consistently.

Native level German language
