Job summary

Global Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking an Azure qualified Technical Support Engineer for an Investment Banking VIP support role in Central London. The role is a 6-month contract, paying £260–£275 per day, Inside IR35, fully onsite with immediate start.

The engineer will provide face-to-face, desk-side and floor-walking support to Fund Managers, Front Office and VIP users, handling desktop issues, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, endpoint management and meeting room technology in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Desktop / End-User Support across 1st–3rd line.
• 3+ years of Financial Services experience, ideally Investment Banking or Asset Management.
• Microsoft Azure certification and minimum 2 years hands-on Azure experience.
• Strong Microsoft Intune, ABM and iOS/iPadOS management experience.
• Windows Autopilot – enrolment, configuration and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face, desk-side and floor-walking support to Fund Managers, senior executives and Front Office users.
• Troubleshoot desktop, Microsoft 365, mobile devices and meeting room technology.
• Deliver VIP, executive-level IT support with ownership and clear communication.
